Keith McCarty is the CEO and founder of WAYV. His leadership defines the overall vision and direction of the company and he touches all aspects of strategy, operations, marketing, product development, investor relations
Prior to WAYV, McCarty was a founding team member at the social enterprise platform Yammer, where he grew sales and marketing from one person to over 350 employees globally and contributed to the white-hot investor interest in workplace productivity software. In 2012, Microsoft acquired Yammer for $1.2 billion, and Keith followed. At the same time, he began to study other high-growth sectors where technology was underutilized but could make a real difference. Enter his interest in creating logistics for the emerging $3.1B California cannabis industry.

McCarty has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from Chapman University, The George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics in Orange, California where he grew up. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
